How it works

For organisers

1. Start your fundraiser. Tell your story, set a goal and add a photo. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.
2. Share it. Most donations come from the people who already know you, so send the link directly.
3. Verify your identity. You can raise money before this, but you will need to verify before you can withdraw. Doing it early means no delay when you need the funds.
4. Withdraw. Request a withdrawal to your bank account. Our team reviews it and releases the funds.

Raising for someone else

You can name a beneficiary when you create a fundraiser. They receive their own invitation, verify their own identity and add their own bank details — you never see them, and the money goes directly to them.

For donors

You do not need an account to donate. You will get a receipt by email, and you can opt in to updates from the organiser. Every donation is covered by our Giving Guarantee.
